Use the links below to download and print absentee and phone bid forms. Please fill out and FAX the form to us no later than two days prior to the sale date. If using US Mail please mail at least 10 days prior to the sale. Upon receipt we will contact you to verify your bids and Credit Card information. Either form can be used to scan and email bids back to us at sales@oldtownauctions.com . Please be aware we have limited phone bidding available and it is on a first come basis. Phone bid items should have a value of $500.00 and above. All phone and absentee bids are at the discretion of the auctioneers. All absentee bids are conducted on a competitive basis, this means your bids will be executed as if you were present at the auction. If you are planning to absentee or phone bid in our November 16th-18th sale please get your forms to us as soon as possible. We will have a very limited number of phones available and may not be able to accommodate everyone that wishes to phone bid.
