At the present time we are working on several sales. We will be bringing you one or more sales featuring a large collection of Antique Advertising, County Store  items and Coin-Ops including Coca-Cola, other soda, and so much more. We also have lined up a fantastic array of Antique and Collectible toys including Space toys and Star Wars & Star Trek items, Classic toys from Marx and other makers, toys from Germany, Japan and more. We are currently working with a large collection of early Guns and Civil War items to be included in a Great Americana sale later in the Spring. In 2009 we will also be bringing you another  sale of Lucille Ball & I Love Lucy items from a  California collection.

 2009 Auction Calendar

Old Town Auctions announces our June 27th & 28th Sale at the fantastic new Hager Hall Conference & Event Center 901 Dual Highway, Hagerstown, Maryland. This venue will provide us with a new facility that can accommodate our larger and more inclusive sales. We will continue to bring you smaller specialized sales at the the Myersville Fire Hall Banquet Center, 301 Main Street in Myersville, Md.

Hager Hall offers several advantages for large Auctions; a much larger sales and viewing area, a fine hotel that will accommodate our planned room trading convention, a very good restaurant, a night club, all attached to the hall.

Our June sale will feature Antique Advertising, Country Store items, Antique Toys, Coin-Ops, Americana, Collector Cars, Salesman's Samples, Mechanical Banks, and much much more. See list of highlights below.

ADVERTISING; paper litho, cardboard porcelain, tin and wood Signs, Calendars, Thermometers, and Trays from many different makers including; Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Hires and other soda & root beer manufactures. Early Beer and Whiskey ads including Budweiser, Congress,  Red Raven, Schenley, Dewers, Pabst and more. Tobacco and Cigarette Advertising including Piedmont, Victory, Velvet, Candy and Gum and tobaccoana.  Soda fountain dispensers for Coke, Wards, Hires and others. A large collection of advertising clocks including very early wood clocks for Coca Cola, Mecca Cigarettes, Ever-Ready Razors and others, Light up and Neon clocks for Pepsi-Cola, Coke and others. Vending Machines and Coolers for many products including soda (Coca Cola Pepsi and more) Gum, Matches and others.  A very nice selection of early paper & cardboard lithographs (most are stone lithography) from the 19th and early 20th century advertising a wide array of products. ANTIQUE and OLDER TOYS: A fabulous collection of older toys and games from makers such as; Marx, Buddy L, Gunthermann, Lehmann, M&K, Linemar, Orkin, Ives, Keystone, Arnold, Ideal, Martin, Schoenhut, Kingsbury, Nifty, Burdette-Murray, Carrette, CIJ, Stevens and Brown, Distler, and many others.  Toys from Germany, USA, Pre War Japan, France and more. Musical machines including a late 19th century coin-op beer garden orchestral or orchestron and a Molinari and Sons Band organ.
