Use the links below to download and print absentee and phone bid forms. Please fill out and FAX the form to us no later than two days prior to the sale date. If using US Mail please mail at least 10 days prior to the sale. Upon receipt, we will contact you to verify your bids and Credit Card information. For phone bidding, use the absentee form and specify phone bidding. Either form can be used to scan and email bids back to us at sales@oldtownauctions.com . Please be aware we have limited phone bidding available and it is on a first come basis. Phone bid items should have a value of $200.00 and above. All phone and absentee bids are at the discretion of the auctioneers. All absentee bids are conducted on a competitive basis, this means your bids will be executed as if you were present at the auction.
